Not able to launch Installer for Siebel 8.1.1.10

Hi All,

    I am not able to lunch installer. My DB is in another machine. I am installing siebel in another machine.Do i need to install oracle clint in Siebel machine?

The  installer is not lunching properly.

Any suggestion?
