Proxy Controllers & virtual network interfaces

Hi all,

Our Proxy Controllers currently have physical network interfaces to six of our most server-dense vlans.  Each of these interfaces has a single static IP address.

There are no more physical NIC's available on the Proxy Controllers.

I am wondering whether it would be ok to assign virtual IP addresses to some of the existing NICs.  Would Ops Center be able provision a Solaris OS using a virtual interface on the Proxy Controller ?

Is anyone using virtual interfaces successfully on their Proxy Controllers ?
