How to disable JD Edwards search on case insensitive (Disable case sensitive)

HI,

We want to disable the case sensitive search on JD Edwards applications like address book (P01012) .

The address book record search as same case which user enter.

The record in upper case then it search only on upper case and if lower case then search only with lower case.

How to make the search on case insensitive.

JD Edwards Tools Release :      9.1.4.0

Database Server                :      Oracle 11g R2

Operating Systems             :    Sun Solaris
