Patches required for Saudi Localization

Dear All,

We are using Oracle HRMS in Bahrain with Bahrain localization patches. Now we want to use the same instance for implementing payroll for Saudi employees with all the Saudi localization rules.

Anyone please tell me what are the steps to be followed for the implementing Saudi Payroll in the current instance with Bahrain Localization. We are going with separate business group for the Saudi. Do we need to apply any patches or International HRMS Setup will suffice the purpose.
