Steps of rolling back the applied ESU

Hi, kindly advice on how to roll back the installed ESU.

My user has applied one ESU and resulted in one portion is fixed but resulted in 1 new issue.

So, need the steps to roll back this change...

FYI, they just deployed update package  to client only...

Currently what is on my mind is uninstall the ESU from control panel and do update package built and deploy to that client by selecting particular objects involved...

is that right ?

pls advice...
