Generate PO from Quote Order P43360

Hi All

Today I have faced the following case

1. Quote Order was entered with 2 items

2. Three Quote Suppliers were added

3. Suppliers respnses were received as following

    Supplier                    Item                          Price

     1                               1                              10 $

     1                               2                               1 $

     2                               1                              11 $

     2                               2                               Free of charge

     3                              1                                11

     3                              2                                 Free of charge

4. I tried to enter the supplier 2 price of Zero for Item 2

5. When generating the PO from the Qoute for supplier 2 the system throws an error

The case is

How to  enter "ZERO" as supplier response for a quote line and how to generate the PO in such a case
