How to setup Sales forcast?

Hi,

        i need to set up Sales forecast by item and sales person i need to know in any oracle module can do this ? and documents for setup steps

For Example

Rep Name: Jon Mayer

Item            Sales forecast in QTY        price list         Sales forecast in Dollars     

A                         1,000                             8                               8,000

B                         2,500                             10                             25,000

Total                                                                                           33,000

then Total territory and then total company
