Re-build Payables Trial Balance (XLATBDMG)

Hello, I have a Payables GDF to apply.

After running the GDF I have been recommended to go to Open Account Balances Listing Definitions

Query back our one definition then Disable then Enable

This then kicks of XLATBDMG: Open Account Balances Data Manager

Unfortunately, in a Non PROD service, this took 17 hours

I have an SR logged, but I have one question.

What would be the consquences of inputting new AP transactions whilst XLATBDMG is running?

My guess would be that this is not a good idea?

Can anyone confirm or deny this?
