BIP Report on Dashboard not displaying all records

HI Gurus,

I have an issue with a BI Publisher template not showing all the records when filtered on a dashboard. We have 2 exact reports on a dashboard. 1 is a BIP one, and the other it’s an analysis report. If I filter for example by dept as a prompt, On the BIP report it cuts some records, but on the analysis it displays all the records. It only display up to a certain for example account no# where we have the dept and account no# are repeating. Not sure whats causing the issue. I would appreciate your help..
