Zonecluster problem in OSC4.1_3.3

Trying to define a native s11 zonecluster and a branded s10 zonecluster but failed to get both zones nodes online even if they are running.

Messages in system are :

WARNING: Membership: The zone cluster 'myclzc' has disconnects, the partition 0x1 is chosen by 'least rebootees' rule to attempt to form membership.

NOTICE: Membership: In zone cluster 'myclzc', halt the nid 2 incn 1395063678 to achieve fully connected membership.

Same problem for both zoneclusters in following state :
