Unable to get the budget name in the recipients budget

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue in the marketing module, I created an activity which is in 'active' status now and then when I try to do the 'transfer' by 'create transfer' option. I didn't find any budget in the LOVs. Is it I can only see the budget there which I created? Initially I requested the budget via budget source option and called the budget which was created by some other owner (i.e. not by me). Now I want to revert some amount into the same budget but in 'Create transfer' option I am not able to search that budget
