BI Publisher Error after Patch Applied.

We just applied a patch to our server that upgraded BI publisher from 5.6.2 to 5.6.3.  When we run BI Publisher reports now they return with a status of Error but the output looks like it generates correctly.  There is also no errors listed in the request log or concurrent manager log. Any suggestions?
