How to change datafile location on standby database

Hi All,

We have observed some problem with one of the file system where all standby database files are residing.

We need to move all the database files from that file system to new file system. As this is standby database. am not sure whether i can directly use rename file option or RMAN set file name etc.,

I believe this affects db_file_name_convert parameter on both primary and standby. However  am still not sure actual steps/changes required for moving the database files.

so, appreciate if anybody could help me directing the actual steps that would be great
