When reassigning accounts - update account teams
We have a master account set that is kept in a system outside of CRM on Demand and an integration that adds accounts into CRM On Demand and keeps the ownership between the two systems in sync. This integration has been running for around 8 years. We are replacing the system that has the master list of accounts, and will need to rebuild the integration from scratch. We currently do not have much documentation around the existing process… one thing we are trying to do is change the owner of accounts. I am looking for more details regarding how to
