how to rebuild my web content? UCM11g

I have several hundred thousand content items on a disk that is filling up quickly.

So I added this line to config.cfg:

IndexVaultFile=true

And for new content it creates a hcst file that points to the vault file.

Now I would like to know how to do that for all the released content.

I can manully "resubmit" in repository manager, but only 200 records at a time.

Is there a faster way?

I tried a full collection rebuild - no success.

I tried deleting the web file from the file system, then full rebuild, - no success.
