HFMWebServiceManager or HFM Web Service Manager Unresponsive

Hello All -

Im having an issue in our environment. At times HFM (Workspace) becomes unresponsive. Users are unable to access THFMPROD and users with existing connections are unable to use the application. Currently when this happens, I will go on the HFM server and restart the "HFMWebServiceManager" service. Once this is done, the application is working fine again. Looking in the task manager, the services is listed as running, but doesnt appear to be responding. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
