Form validation failure A value must be entered for' Registry ID'

When creating a supplier in AP,get the message Form validation failure A value must be entered for' Registry ID'

(entered the Organization name, supplier number and taxpayer ID. Press apply and then go the error)

This error is occurring in test system where the following RPC patches for AP & IBY  are applied.
In production, has not applied these patch and got no error now with HZ: Generate Party Number=null.
