Barcode printing - rtf template

I've installed 128R00.TTF font from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\fonts" to my win 7 pc - "C:\Windows\Fonts".  My template viewer is at 10.1.3.4.2.  i've created a simple rtf template with just 2 static fields to display the barcode. 

i've placed

<?format-barcode:’Test’;’code128a’?>

<?format-barcode:’123456’;’code128a’?>

on my rtf. 

also created "xdo.cfg" file on "C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop\Template Builder for Word\config" folder with just following:
