WEBADI create document with no data issue

On EBS 12.1.3, after patching for supporting Microsoft Office 64-bit,

while implement steps below got no corresponding data prompt.

Navigation :   Login EBS -> Desktop Integration Manager -> Manage Integrators -> Search Integrator Name  "Web ADI - Update Interface Column Prompts" -> Select "Web ADI - Update Interface Column Prompts" and click "Preview" ->  Select  the “EXCEL 2000” and “Next” -> Select Application "BNE", Select  Integrator " General Ledger – Journals" , select Language "US" and Continue -> Create Document -> Open the Excel, but no data prompts, but it says download process completes successfully, but with no any data prompts.
