Running golden gate and query info all, I will get this:

GGSCI (DBNAME) 1> info all
*** Could not open error log ggserr.log (error 13,Permission denied) ***
Program Status Group Lag at Chkpt Time Since Chkpt

However the file is exist and updated (so gg does have access to it, including write).
someone else who ssh from her pc said she didn't get the message. which is strange, it should be happening on server side. right?
Anyway, this problem is so obscure googling it doesn't show anything...
