R3483 Netchange Flag update issue

Hi All,

Hope someone might have come accross this issue.  Any WO entry or change will update F4102.IBMRPC flag for R3483 netchange run to pick. I found F4102.IBMRPC is not updating due to P48013-Processing option-4.Charge to BU is set as '1'.  Means, the WO is been created for BP 6200 , but its CC will be 62.  Does this process designed like that ? Can anyone give some ideas? If it is not desgined such , then what will be changes required to make it work properly. (I know that... thru P3402 application , the netchange flag can be 'manually' updated ...I
