Pick Release Delivery Details

Hi,
We want Pick Release Delivery Details using APIs similar to functionality of Shipping Transactions form. We have seen that when 'Launch Pick Release' action is triggered selecting Delivery Details, it creates a single batch for all Delivery Details and releases the batch.

We could create a Pick Release batch with 'WSH_PICKING_BATCHES_PUB.CREATE_BATCH' api but this does not allow us to link multiple Delivery Details to it. Could you please let us know the apis to link Delivery Details to a Pick Release Batch.
