Data Load Failure fails with return code 7000

Hi,

We have intermittent data load failure when loading data from FDMEE to ARM (FCM).

When I re-run the data load, it is successful the second time.

This issue has happened many times.

Can anyone advise what may be the cause of this issue?

In FDMEE, it simply reported error:

2014-03-18 03:28:50,749 INFO  [AIF]: Executing the following script: E:\ARMData/data/scripts/event/BefImport.py

2014-03-18 03:29:51,734 FATAL [AIF]: Error in Launch GL Load Balances Data

2014-03-18 03:29:51,749 INFO  [AIF]: FDMEE Process End, Process ID: 2399

And in FCM data load:

DataLoad Rule execution has errored for the rule : PS9_REP_LOC_CALS_MD.Session Failed :3816589 : ODI-1217: Session COMM_LOAD_BALANCES (3816589) fails with return code 7000.
