Changing NTP configuration in Oracle 11gRAC

Hi,

We are providing a New NTP Server to one of our customer running their Production Databases on Oracle 11g R2 RAC on HP-UX. Our HP-UX admin has the steps to change the NTP configuration in the 2 Servers.

I would like to know if changing the NTP Server configuration in the Oracle 11g R2 RAC Servers wont't have any major impact and also want to know if we need to make any other configuration changes to Oracle RAC configuration files.
