Project Budgets

Hi Folks,

I have a requirement related to budgets :

Scenario : Project name : 3G

         Yearly   Budget :  2013       2014       2015

                     Budget :  100k        250k       300k

For every year they allocate a budget to the project.How can we handle this scenario?Do we have to create a budget for same project year wise budget like 2013 3G budget,2014 3G budget so on...

To meet this requirement how can we handle this in Project costing budgets.Can we get the total budget of all the three years in one report with actuals incurred?(Without custom reports)

Scenario 2: Project Budget need to be integrated with GL to make the funds check at the time of raising Purchase Requisition.Here my question is if we create a  Project budget,do we have to upload budgets in GL again? IS it possible?
