In AR, for certain invoices, certain % of commision to be given to agent who is collecting, how can

We have a new requirement, in AR, for certain type of invoices, certain % of commision to be given to agent who is collecting, how can we achieve this in AR R12.  This % is fixed, even if he collects beyong the due date, we need to give this % of commision.
