SSH/RSH is Required after RAC installation ??

     HI All,

we are running one 10gR2 RAC (10.2.0.4) on IBM AIX 5.3 .we are facing lot of panic reboot issue.on investigation i just came across I am not able to do SSH/RSH without password.

can any one tell me is it really required RSH/SSH after installtion ????

can anyone also help me how find out these panic reboot issue . i mean we are unable to find the reason. from cluster alert log we are unable to find. mainly there are two reasons that can cause node eviction one is interconnect issue n the other one is shared disk issue. one thing i wan to share is we are using ASM. can any one guide me how i can verify my shared disk and interconnect network is fine and healthy or not ...????
