SQL Tuning Advisor recommends to create new indexes on E-Business tables

Hi,

  We are tuning some treatments to improve performance on E-Business. We used SQL Tuning Advisor and in some cases we are advised to add indexes on E-Business tables. We wonder if we can go ahead and add these indexes (after testing them) or should we open an SR and ask Support ?
