schedule ship date is not considering intransit time

Hello,

We have an issue where schedule ship date is not considering intransit
time.

Checked setups
and all seems to be fine.

setups –

Request date
type is "Arrival" in Customer Header level > Order Management

Inter-Location transit time setup as 3 days for shipping method

Internal
Locations (M1 Seattle) to External Location (14767: 300 ABC Parkway--San
Francisco-CA-94111-US)

Same shipping method is used on sales order

---when trying to book line, it is not considering 3 days as a intransit
time and shedule ship date is fetching same date as of request date.

Could anyone please suggest on this..
