EBS 12.2.3 upgrade - abort phase is running for a long time

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I am upgrading 12.2.0 to 12.2.3.

Am at the step of applying R12.AD.C.delta.4  - patch 17766337. Executed the prepare phase and it completed and then during the apply phase, the session got interrupted and failed.

Hence tried to clean up the session by executing phase=abort.

But the abort phase is running for a long time, more than an hour.

Please help.
