R12.1.3 - Dispatch Center Freezing

R12.1.3

User is in Dispatch Center and performs a query for their inbox and java form completely freezes.  Unable to move, switch to a different screen etc.  Has to close down Java window to restart everything.  Sounds like a Java form issue.  No errors.

Ideas on where to start.  User cleared out their Java cache, same results.
