User login to database from OEM12c on first unsuccessful attempt lock user's account???

We have a profile setup for all end users to lock the account on 5 unsuccessful login. Surprisingly, we just noticed that one mistake in database login through OEM12c is causing user account locked. Through login audit trail, we found out there there were five unsuccessful attempt from the OEM.

Database user is authenticated through database only.

If anyone has noticed this and have any solution to fix this issue, please let me know.
