Serial Genealogy Dissappears after Job Completes

Hi, on 11.5.10 and working with WIP and predefined serialization. Just went live with our first organization using both (WIP and Serialization). We have noticed that while job is open the serial genealogy is viewable but once the job is complete this information is lost. I have included two screenshots - the first one from our 24 hour TST environment where they genealogy is available and the job is open, the second from our Production environement where genealogy is gone and the job is complete
