We are not able to enter the tax rate at Draft Invoice line Level in R12

Hi All

We are upgrading into R12. During our testing we found out that, we are not able to update the output tax code  in Invoice line level. However we had this feature in 11i.

How do we enter the tax rates at draft invoice line leve?

We already set the Profile option Tax: Allow Override of Tax Code as Yes at Projects level and Receivables Level

Could you please help us to fix this problem?
