Root FS replication

Hi all,

The issue is as following:

A server running an application in the same FS related to the OS (Solaris 10)

This server boots from SAN Storage LUN

another server should be a replica of this server as a DR

Storage can make data replication between the two LUNs

Trying to boot the DR server with the replicated LUN hangs after grub loads Solaris OS

Trying to edit vfstab & path-to-inst didn't fix this problem

I would like to know if it's possible to replicate a Solaris 10 OS to another disk & attach it to another server or not?

Is there any tool to do this task in the OS level without paying extra costs?
