Workflow to send out multiple emails

Hello All,

I am trying to send out emails to multiple people.

Here is the current scenerio.  A user enters a Lead and the Lead is assigned to a rep based on the shipping address zip(first 3 #) of the Lead.  A task/email is sent to rep since they are the owner of the account.

What I want to do now is to send it out to multiple accounts with the same zip(first 3 #).

In other words a Lead with zip 23456 is created.

There are 5 accounts in CRm with a zip beginning in 234.  I want an email to go to the contacts of the 5 accounts.
