Pricing Attributes

Hello,

When creating a pricing formula, I can reference a pricing attribute, say, Transportation Price.  In theory, I could take the transportation price and multiply it by .01 and add this to the list price.

However, where does Oracle obtain the value for "Transportation Price" or any of the other Pricing Attributes? (i.e. Administrative Cost, Freight Cost, Handling Cost..etc)?
