Credit Card Transction Loading Setup for VCF4 File (EBS R12.1.3)

We currently are loading a monthly credit card transaction file provided by US Bank. We are in the process of changing all our purchasing cards to Bank of America. The initial setup of US Bank was done by a consultant company, and we are the first time to setup by ourselves.

Is anyone can give us direction on this?

I found a concurrent job 'Visa VCF 4 Transaction Loader and Validation Program', and it looks like there is a seeded process in place. Do we still need to develop our own ctl file for SQLLoader?
