To move voting disk on ASM from one diskgroup to another diskgroup due to redundancy change or disk

Hello Team,

I have two node RAC - 11g R2 version. while installing RAC they have created  voting disk with external redudency in /OCR disk group  - in ASM ( only one voting disk )

Now i want to move voting disk with normal redudency . Below is my action plan for this activity.

Question is Do we need to stop the cluster while executing crsctl replace votedisk +OCR_VOTEDISK   ( +OCR_VOTEDISK is new disk group i wil create )

Please correct me below action plan works as expected

1) Need to get 3 new luns/disks  like (ORA_OCR_VOTE_01,ORA_OCR_VOTE_02,ORA_OCR_VOTE_03) with 400 MB each lun
