Oracle Support for Amazon RDS

Hello All

I am really interested to know and needs clarification - Does Oracle provide support for Oracle DB on Amazon RDS. As lot of clients are moving to RDS and if we log a support request and Oracle comes up with a patch then how we going to apply it, if there is no binaries or shell access?.

I mean to ask - What's Oracle Support stand for RDS ?.
