How to migrate report template from old pc to new pc....

Hi, this user is from E810 TR 8.95..

Currently, users created a lot of reports in their own local PC without deploying to the server. Now, the PC needs to be replaced, how can we migrate the reports to the new PC?

Wondering if this version got OMW ? 

In order to get the report template for this new PC, can i just check in this version and then do package build and deploy...?

what would be proper step in this ? 

pls advice....
