rpasInstall error on Windows using Cygwin

Hi,

I am trying to create a MFP domain v13.4  on Windows using Cygwin. I am running the rpasInstall command manually, but I am getting the below error.

createGlobalDomain caught Exception: Failed to start 'D:/Oracle/RPAS13.4.0/RpasServer/bin/createRpasDomain' (Window's error 2; The system cannot find the file specified).

createGlobalDomain exited with status: 4

Any idea why this is happening? I can see there was a similar issue logged in 13.3 which was fixed in one of the patches.
