need to create custom table in oem repostiory which gathers info from all targets

Hello,

I need to create customized report for any new database creation in last 30 days.I need to create a new table in sysman so that I can insert min(created) of dba_objects from all targets into this table.

I have no idea of creating a custom table in oem repository.Please help me doing so.
