save BI publisher report get wrong name

I created one BI publisher report, output is RTF format.The  concurrent is complete but can't view output. When i  save output , it appear "FNDWRR.exe?temp_id=2025647662". I can't save it .

There're 2 instance, in one instance, it is OK, but for the other instance, it shows wrong name.
