Regarding tax rate on Service Contract and its invoice

Hi,

The VAT rate in the contract is different from the VAT rate in the invoice itself.

We have been explained that the VAT rate comes from the customer, except when the VAT code is entered in the contract itself. In this case there is a code entered in the contract itself, but this VAT rate is not coming on invoice wrong.

See attached. Please explain the issue.
