List of Values on Instance Page for 'Extended Attribute Template'

We do use 'Extended Attribute Template' for the Item-Instances, also able to key in the values to it, however requirement is to add list of value to couple of additional attributes.

Is it possible to create LOV for additional attributes on Item-Instance web page, which are essentially originated from Extended Attribute Template. At present it is a free text field.

Thanks for any help or pointers.
