'OSP resource cost' debited in 'Purchase Price Variance' instead of WIP cost

Hi all,

Can you help me how to fix the issue of 'OSP resource cost' debited in 'Purchase Price Variance' instead of WIP cost.  Please check the attached screenshots

Please note that the 'Standard Cost' in resource definition is disabled. 

Note that the costing followed is 'Average'.
