Standard amount,current amount & planned amount bucket in F3102 is getting cleared while running R31

Scenario:-

I am using JD Edwards E1 8.9 release. Cost by Work center is ON in Mfg Constant.

Work order is created & part list attached. Then part list is modified with different child item. Manual Issue (over issue) is done with more value w.r.t. order Qty/value. Over completion is done for the work order, but the IM value is much more than IC value. SOQS field is updated with the over completed Qty in F4801.

F3102 file is kept under the observations & it gets updated properly during each step (i.e. Mfg accounting proof & final mode, Mfg variance in proof mode). The current & planned amount is reflected properly.
