Applying Milestones to large volume of PO Lines

Is anyone aware of a way to apply a milestone breakdown on a complex PO to multiple lines (not manually).  Is there a facility where we can create the milestone split on line 1 and then apply to all lines?  To give an indication to the volume of lines, the expectation is that an individual PO will contain over 100 lines.
