Milestone Grading

Bundle 30 included an incident (16555977) that adds Milestone Grading to the Faculty Center Grade Roster. We will have some courses with milestones attached that we were hoping the instructors could grade via the Faculty Center Grade Rosters but when I look at the Milestone Roster I'm not seeing a place for the instructor to change the milestone to Completed (vs In-Progress). Did I miss something in setup or is it not designed to work that way?
